Limited 2 Year Warranty Certificate
Gorilla Trailers will either repair or replace any supplied component part that is found defective in material and workmanship under normal use within a non-extendable and exclusive period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is a return to base Warranty where Gorilla Trailers must be provided the first opportunity to assess Warranty requests. Gorilla trailers Warranty covers eligible parts and labor will be free of charge.
Warranty applies to overall frame structure, associated frame components, tongue, ring coupler, tongue jacks, stabilizer jacks, axle, leaf spring suspension, fender, caster wheel, tail lights, electrical wiring and epoxy primer.
Gorilla Trailers Warranty Excludes:
a. Alterations, tampering or modifications not approved by Gorilla Trailers.
b. Parts not originally installed or not approved by the manufacturer.
c. Damage or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, salt, road grime, application of or exposure to corrosive chemicals, accidents or weather events.
d. Damage or defects arising from operator’s negligence, misuse, abuse, loading the unit beyond its gross weight limitations, improper loading and accidents.
e. Damage caused by flood, vehicular collision, animal rampage and pests.
f. Cosmetic or surface corrosion, paint scratch or damaged caused by stone chips and fallen objects.
g. Repairs made by personnel not authorised by Gorilla Trailers.
h. Damage caused by inappropriate tow vehicle.
This Warranty is non-transferable and shall extend only to the original customer registered for Limited Warranty Certificate.
This Warranty cannot be enforced unless the Purchase Receipt and Certificate of Warranty Registration is complete.
